Our Church
As a body of believers we use the Holy Bible as our ultimate guide and source to God's direction, wisdom, and truth in our life. We believe that Jesus Christ was the son of God, sent to earth to live a perfect life, die a perfect death, and rise from death to defeat the penalty which we all would bear otherwise. Through our belief, we confess our sins to God, asking for forgiveness, and choosing to live a life that is pleasing to God. Furthermore, we believe in baptism through the Holy Spirit as a sign of your true and right commitment to the Lord, Jesus Christ.
Christian Pentecostal Church is a small church committed to our community, family, serving our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and sharing his great love with those around us. We are here for you. We offer two Sunday morning worship services, one which is presented solely in the Italian language and one in English. Having our roots developed as an Italian church we still attend to our community of Italian believers and provide them with this unique experience with God in their own language.
We also offer Sunday morning classes for children in Pre-School through adults of all ages. Aside from Sunday morning programs and worship services, we have Monday night Home Groups. Our Home Groups are small discussion groups offered to adults of all ages to join in some deep study of the bible or other resources to learn together and grow together. These groups meet in church members' homes bi-weekly and present a great atmosphere to join in, study the word, and interact with other believers.
We also have a youth choir which meets most Wednesday's during the school year. The kids learn new praise songs and occasional skits and dramas to perform for the church body. The children love their time together to develop friendship and to explore new praise songs and worship. We are always looking for new and upcoming music to inspire the children.
Thursday nights we offer and mid-week Italian service and an English prayer meeting, which is currently being adjusted in it's time and location. On top of that, Thursday night we offer our Junior High and High School Youth Group. Youth Group is open to all kids in sixth grade through twelfth grade. Youth Group is an absolute blast for our young people; they come to play awesome games, eat great snacks, and learn a little bit more about the Christian faith and walking with the Lord.
